Deviled Eggs & Shrimp
These deviled eggs and shrimp appetizers and fairly easy and taste so, so delicious! A must-try for your next party.
Roasted Tomato Soup
Fall is upon us, which means it’s almost soup season! We LOVE this recipe and have been making it for years. It's a great recipe to make in multiple batches to then freeze in quart containers for winter. It pairs best with the Lolati Primitivo.
No-Knead Bread
Here is one of my favorite bread recipes, courtesy of Jim Lahey, owner of Sullivan Street Bakery. It requires no kneading, uses no special ingredients, equipment, or techniques, and takes very little effort—only time. You will need 24 hours to create the bread, but much of this is unattended waiting, a slow fermentation of the dough that results in a perfect loaf.
Turkey Waldorf Salad
This quick and easy salad is the perfect summer dish! The hint of curry and zing from the lemon is what makes this dish incredible. The recipe calls for turkey, but a rotisserie chicken is a delicious substitute! This pairs beautifully with the Lolati Wines Rosé of Grenache.
Leigh's Chicken Salad
This chicken salad recipe doesn't have specific measurements. It's a favorite of my husband's, and I usually estimate the measurements. It goes perfectly with some crusty bread and arugula, and pairs well with the 2023 Lolati Rosé of Grenache.
Fig Jam Recipe
This super simple fig jam recipe is the perfect addition to every cheese board! It's also amazing on toast and freshly baked biscuits. You can also upgrade this recipe with white port and rosemary for an extra treat!
Plum, Fig & Blue Cheese Tart
With plums and figs in season, I thought of a simple tart, perfect for picnics, brunch, or as a snack. This tart was so easy to make and turned out amazing! They were gone in a matter of minutes! Pairs great with the Lolati Primitivo.
Evelyn Sharpe's French Chocolate Cake
“Just as there will always be a place in the world for an understated but luxurious black dress, there will always be a place for flourless chocolate cake. This recipe from 1969 was one of the first published, long before the cake became fashionable. Of course, since the recipe has so few ingredients, it is imperative to use truly delicious chocolate." - Evelyn Sharpe
My Mother's Cookies
I've been making these thumbprint cookies my entire life! They are so easy, don't require eggs, and taste delicious.
Green Bean Casserole
If you're the kind of person who likes some crispy with your creamy, this is the green bean casserole for you. Forget the old-school canned soup: This version uses a homemade base with hen of the woods mushrooms, though any kind of mushroom you like - oyster, cremini, even button - will work. It's so delicious and pairs deliciously with Lolati Wines Syrah.
Ron’s Cocktail Sauce
My brother-in-law recently brought back fresh Dungeness crab from Astoria, OR. Naturally, we enjoyed it with the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, and Ron (my husband) made a delicious cocktail sauce. I highly recommend this pairing!
Raspberry Ricotta Cake
This cake is on the less-sweet side, but if you want it sweeter, you can use 1 cup of jam or marmalade (any kind of your choice) swirled in lieu of the unsweetened berries. The result will be a little sweeter and a bit more subtle in its delivery of the fruit, but still very delicious. Pair it with 2023 Lolati Rosé of Grenache.
Fruit and Sausage Stuffing
My mom's stuffing recipe is my absolute favorite! The dried apricots and prunes add the perfect amount of sweetness and texture. This is a must-have for Thanksgiving and the holiday season. It pairs beautifully with either the Lolati Rosé of Grenache or Lolati Grenache.
Bacon & Spinach Quiche
This bacon and spinach quiche is so easy and perfect for breakfast or brunch! The crème fraîche is a game-changer in this recipe, adding a nice richness. Pair it with Lolati Rosé of Grenache.
