Egg Salad with Fresh Herbs
We have six hens who give us delicious eggs, and my garden is currently booming with herbs and spicy arugula greens! I make fresh bread each week, and this is an excellent summer lunch on the weekend. While simple, it is most delicious and pairs nicely with the Lolati Rosé.
No-Knead Bread
Here is one of my favorite bread recipes, courtesy of Jim Lahey, owner of Sullivan Street Bakery. It requires no kneading, uses no special ingredients, equipment, or techniques, and takes very little effort—only time. You will need 24 hours to create the bread, but much of this is unattended waiting, a slow fermentation of the dough that results in a perfect loaf.
Plum, Fig & Blue Cheese Tart
With plums and figs in season, I thought of a simple tart, perfect for picnics, brunch, or as a snack. This tart was so easy to make and turned out amazing! They were gone in a matter of minutes! Pairs great with the Lolati Primitivo.

This bacon and spinach quiche is so easy and perfect for breakfast or brunch! The crème fraîche is a game-changer in this recipe, adding a nice richness. Pair it with Lolati Rosé of Grenache.
