New York Strip Steak with Brandied Mushrooms and Fresh Thyme

When Ron and I first started dating, he took me camping or “glamping” and he made me this dish. I had never been camping before and I fell in love with it AND him. We served it with grilled asparagus and a salad. I hope you try it too and love it as much as we do!
